These are the terms and conditions of supply for POD-X.COM (Site). POD-X.COM is operated by POD-X^® LTD. We are a limited company, registered in England. Our registered company number is 09416313, and our registered office is at Empson Street, London, United Kingdom, E3 3LT.

Your purchase of any of the products offered on this Site (Products) is subject to these terms and conditions and by placing an order for any Product you agree to be bound by them. You confirm that you are of full age or have received parental permission and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and to subsequently place an order on POD-X.COM for Products. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

In addition to these terms and conditions, the following additional terms also apply to your use of POD-X.COM and its associated features:

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by changing them on POD-X.COM, although no such change will affect any order you have already placed with us. These terms and conditions were last updated on 1st May 2020.

Ordering and Availability

We kindly advise you to check the availability of items on the relevant product information page.

If an item ordered is not available, we reserve the right to cancel the order, in which case you will be notified accordingly. If you place an order for several products one of which is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as we can. The rest of the order will be processed and dispatched to you within the time limit indicated on POD-X.COM.

Pre order delivery date

We aim to deliver your product to you as soon as we can but delivery  will take place between end of November to mid December. If anything changes we will inform you via email.

Returns Policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after the date of delivery. Unfortunately we don’t operate an exchange service, but as long as the product has not been used or modified in any way – or fully opened, we will process a full refund once the return has been processed. Due to hygiene reasons, we regrettably will not be able to process the return of a product which has been fully opened.

Please note that it can take up to 14 working days for returns to be processed from the date we receive them. The cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns.

If your POD-X^® product is faulty or arrives damaged, we require you to contact us as soon as you can. POD-X^® cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post, and we strongly recommend using a signed for service when posting returns to us.

Please ensure that all returns reach us in a saleable condition. For example, please do not attach any stickers to the packaging and ensure that all labels and packaging are present and intact. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if we deem that the item being returned is not in an unopened, saleable condition.

Data Protection Policy

We believe in protecting your personal data and we confirm that we shall always process your personal data according to the applicable data protection regulations and other legal provisions.

Your personal data shall only be disclosed to those third parties that are involved in providing delivery of your order(s). In cases where your personal data are disclosed to third parties, the scope of data shall be limited to the required minimum.

By proceeding with any order from POD-X.COM, you agree to the collection, processing and use of your personal data in accordance with the information stated above. You are entitled to request details of your stored personal data free of charge. You also have the right to cancel your consent to the future storage of your personal data at any time. If you request a cancellation of this nature, your personal data shall be deleted unless they are still required for the fulfilment of contractual obligations or unless legal provisions prohibit such a deletion.
